We understand sometimes you may need to cancel an order that you have placed, Providing this is done so in a timely manner after placing the order this will incur no extra charges and refunds will be processed via the same method as payment was made. 

Due to the nature of our products we manufacture everything from scratch, therefore cancellation of smaller items (i.e shelves & coat racks) needs to be notified within 24hrs of the purchase being completed.

For larger items such as coffee tables and dining tables we can accept cancellations up to 48hrs after the order was placed.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders that are currently in a ‘build’ state (i.e. when suitable stock has already been cut to size). If an order is deemed to be non useable for other purposes, then partial charges may be applied against the refundable balance.

If we agree to a cancellation which is currently in a 'build' state, then a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
